Order Placement Schedule

Local Pickup Orders (Sunday Pick-Up): Orders intended for local pickup should be placed between Monday and Wednesday of the week. Any order placed in this window will be ready for pick up by Sunday of the same week. Orders placed after Wednesday will likely be processed in the following week’s cycle (i.e. ready by the next Sunday) . We batch our production weekly to ensure efficiency, so please order by Wednesday if you need your item by the upcoming Sunday.

Shipped Orders: Orders that will be shipped (rather than picked up) are processed on a rolling basis. Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of your order for us to prepare and ship your items . This 5-business-day processing timeframe excludes weekends and holidays – in other words, we typically operate Monday through Friday for order production and fulfillment. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information. (Delivery transit times after shipment vary by destination, usually 3–7 business days for standard shipping.)

If you choose Local Pickup, your order will be available on the scheduled Sunday pick-up day once it’s ready. We will notify you directly (via email or text) when your order is finished and provide the pickup location address at that time. For privacy and safety, we do not publicly post our pickup address; it will be sent to you individually once your order is prepared. The pickup location is in the Fort Worth, TX area and the exact address and pickup time frame will be communicated when your order is ready for collection. Please plan to pick up your item on the agreed Sunday (or arranged time) and have your order confirmation with you if needed. If you have any issues with the pickup schedule, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate within reason.

For shipped orders, once production is complete (up to 5 business days processing as noted above), we will dispatch your package via our chosen carrier (e.g. USPS or UPS). We do not ship on weekends or holidays , so shipments will go out on weekdays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email when your order is shipped. After shipment, delivery typically takes a few days depending on your location. All shipments include tracking, so you can monitor the delivery status. If you need expedited shipping or have special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options. (Additional fees may apply for rush orders or expedited shipping, and rush production is not always available due to our print provider’s schedule.) We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
